Standard weekly pool maintenance for play pools under 6' deep will be $40.00 per week for a total of $160 per month + tax. Pool maintenance includes vacuuming, brushing, skimming surface, emptying baskets, emptying cleaner bags, backwashing as needed, checking water chemistry, & adding chemicals needed to maintain pool. Pools with cartridge filters will be $5 per week extra & the filter will be cleaned once every month. Pump baskets, skimmer baskets, skimmer weirs & filter pressure gauges are provided as needed at an additional cost cost. We provide gate latches & combination locks at the customer's request to help secure pool area from neighborhood children.

Pool maintenance includes vacuuming, brushing, skimming surface, emptying baskets, emptying cleaner bags, backwashing as needed, checking water chemistry, & adding chemicals needed to maintain pool. Weekly pool maintenance for pools exceeding 40,000 gallons will be $60.00 per week for a total of $240 per month + tax. Pool maintenance includes vacuuming, brushing, skimming surface, emptying baskets, emptying cleaner bags, backwashing as needed, checking water chemistry, & adding chemicals needed to maintain pool. Pools with cartridge filters will be $5 per week extra & the filter will be cleaned once every month. Weekly spa maintenance: $120 + tax per month. Spa will be cleaned & vacuumed every week, also includes chemicals & cleaning filter as needed.
One time vacuum & clean: $60 + tax per hour, $90 minimum, Service includes vacuuming, brushing, skimming the surface, checking water chemistry , & backwashing filter. Chemicals are provide at an additional cost or customer may provide their own. A follow up cleaning is usually necessary, therefore mandatory to insure a quality job. If the pool is green & you cannot see the bottom, you must do a Drain & Clean
D.E. sand, or cartridge filter clean: $150 + tax, includes, service includes disassembling the filter & cleaning elements or cartridges, lubricating slide valve (if installed), & treating with filter cleaner & degreaser. Sand filters will have sand bed turned & built up clumps inside the tank will be removed. Bed will be treated with cleaner & degreaser.
Drain & Clean with a Mild Acid wash or Chlorine Bath as required: $350 + tax, includes draining, cleaning , power washing, & acid washing or chlorine bathing pool. In addition, refilling & start up chemicals are included. If a pool is in "pond like condition" (green or black & can't see the bottom) there will be an additional charge of $150 for a play pool or $300 for a diving pool. If the pool water is soupy or like pudding there will be an additional charge $450 for a play pool or $600 for a diving pool.
Power wash deck or tile: $80 + tax per hour with a 2 hour minimum charge, includes power washing pool tile, coping, or deck using T.S.P. (Tri Sodium Phosphate). Power washing will remove organic staining from coping, tile, or deck without causing surface etching, however a pool with loose coping, tile or deck that has deteriorated surfaces may not qualify for this procedure.
